Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing well. First, allow me to apologize for being MIA the last few weeks. I really thought it was only about a week, but realized today it's been a bit longer. I hope to catch up with all my favorite blogging buddies ASAP:)
Most of my time lately has been spent packing! We are moving. It is a move that was planned...sort of. We did know we would be moving sometime, just not so soon. Needless to say, the last few weeks have been a whirlwind. We will be starting our move this week! Yikes!!!
Meals have been very simple salads, smoothies, juices, and my favorite fall fruits like honeycrisp apples, concord grapes and figs...YUM!!! This smoothie had all three:)
Luckily there was still time to whip up a few raw goodies.
Hmmm, they all seem to have a little chocolate in them:)

We are moving ourselves to Florida, and it is going to take a few trips back and forth. I will be away from the computer during the next few weeks, and may stay in Florida while the hubs makes a solo trip.
The big red trailer is all loaded and ready to roll.

Good luck with the move! Quite a switch from where you are now to FL. Moving is one of my least favorites things. I do like that your trailer is red. Red makes me happy. Anyway, all the best to you and hope you get settled in soon.
and yummy on everything else you posted! And your presentations are always impressive. What did you use to get the designs under the mint truffles? You always have the best food pics.
I hope the move goes smoothly - with Fall's arrival I'm already thinking about running off to Florida to escape the Canadian winter.

I have wanted to make those bee's knees truffles. Yum!
Hi Heidi! The stars and swirls under the truffles are made by sifting a little cocoa powder onto the plate through a stencil...easy, peasy:)

Hey Angela!!!! wow you are moving! Best of luck in your move I know that moving can be very stressful. I would love to know WHERE in Florida you are moving? I live in Florida! It's awesome for being a raw foodie to live here, that's for sure. Please let me know when you get a chance where you are headed. We are taking a few little vacations this "winter" to other areas in Florida and if we are nearby I'd love to meet you!!! :-)
